VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT 2005 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER 2005

I, Mary Coughlan, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Veterinary Practice Act 2005 (No. 22 of 2005) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Practice Act 2005 (Establishment Day Order 2005.

2. The 1^st day of January 2006 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Veterinary Practice Act 2005 .
