Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government) Order, 2005

The Government on request of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 , ( No. 27 of 1997 ) hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government) Order 2005.

2.   Mr. David Grant of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, is appointed to be Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government with effect from 17 January 2005.
