MINISTER FOR COMMUNITY, RURAL AND GAELTACHT AFFAIRS (POWERS AND FUNCTIONS) ACT 2003 (CENTRES OF POPULATION) REGULATIONS 2005

I, Éamon Ó Cuív, Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Powers and Functions) Act 2003 ( No. 39 of 2003 ) hereby make the following regulations:

1.         These Regulations may be cited as the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Powers and Functions) Act 2003 (Centres of Population Regulations 2005.

2.         Each of the places referred to in the Schedule to these Regulations is specified as a centre of population for the purposes of section 2(4)(b) of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Powers and Functions) Act 2003 (No. 39 of 2003).
