S.I. No. 919/2004 - Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2004

I, MARY HANAFIN, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 23 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order maybe cited as the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2004.

2. The 31st day of December 2004 is fixed as the day on which sections 9 (1), 25 , 26 , 29 , 30 and 32 of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 23 of 2001) come into operation.
