S.I. No. 797/2004 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Department of Education and Science) Order 2004

WHEREAS the Minister for Education and Science has made a request to the Government under Section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997):

NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Department of Education and Science) Order, 2004.

2.   The Government hereby appoints the person specified in the schedule to this Order as Policy Adviser to the Minister for Education and Science with effect from 30th September 2004.

Schedule

1.       Averil Power, 2 Mountain Villa, Ballybrack, Co. Dublin
