FINANCE ACT 2002 (SECTION 136) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2004.

I, CHARLIE McCREEVY, Minister for Finance, being satisfied that the property to which subsection (2) of section 136 of the Finance Act 2002 (No. 5 of 2002) relates has been transferred by the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited to Clare County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 136 of the Finance Act 2002 , hereby order as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2002 (Section 136) (Commencement) Order 2004.

2.  The day appointed as the day on which section 136 (as amended by section 167 of the Finance Act 2003 (No. 3 of 2003)) of the Finance Act 2002 (No. 5 of 2002) comes into operation is the 10th day of September 2004.
