S.I. No. 31/2004 - Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) (Revocation) Regulations 2004

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 47 of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 (No. 6 of 2002), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) (Revocation) Regulations 2004.

2 The Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 481 of 2003 ) are revoked.

The effect of these Regulations is to revoke the Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) Regulations 2003.
