Amendment of section 5 of Act of 1999.

17.—Section 5 of the Act of 1999 is amended, in subsection (1), by the deletion of the words “and the local authority concerned”, and the said subsection (1) as so amended is set out in the Table to this section.

(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the Minister for the Environment and Local Government, by order amend the First Schedule.
