S.I. No. 735/2003 - Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2003


I, Tim O'Malley, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (No. 29 of 1998), after consultation with the Minister for Enterprise Trade and Employment hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2003.

2.   The Second Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (No. 29 of 1998), is amended by the inclusion of “the National Standards Authority of Ireland”.
