S.I. No. 621/2003 - Derelict Sites (Urban Areas) Regulations, 2003

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4 and 21 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 (No. 14 of 1990), hereby makes the following Regulations: —

Citation.

1.  (1)        These Regulations may be cited as the Derelict Sites (Urban Areas) Regulations, 2003.

 (2)        These Regulations and the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to 2002 may be cited together as the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to 2003.

Prescription of urban areas.

2.               The areas in the administrative county of Kilkenny indicated in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed to be urban areas for the purposes of the Derelict Sites Act 1990 .

SCHEDULE

The townlands of Gowran and Gowran Demesne in the district electoral division of Gowran.

The townland of Paulstown in the district electoral division of Paulstown.

The townlands of Shankill and Kellymount in the district electoral division of Shankill.

The townlands of Kilmacow Upper, Kilmacow Lower and Kilmacow in the district electoral division of Aglish.

The townlands of Narrabaun South and Dangan in the district electoral division of Ullid.

The townland of Greenville in the district electoral division of Rossinan.

The townlands of Mullinavat and Garrandarragh in the district electoral division of Killahy.

The townlands of Banagher, Kildalton, Belline and Rogerstown and Ardelone in the district electoral division of Piltown.

The townlands of Bolton, Callan North, Callan South, Cannafahy, Clashacollare Haggardsgreen, Prologue, Tinnamoona and Westcourt Demesne in the district electoral division of Callan Urban.

The townslands of Cornyeal, Dirtystep, Minauns and Mullaunglass in the district electoral division of Callan Rural.

The townlands of Kells, Kellsborough and Goodwinsgarden in the district electoral division of Kells.

The townland of Ballyhale in the district electoral division of Ballyhale.

The townlands of Dungarvan, Cloghala and Dungarvan Glebe in the district electoral division of Bennettsbridge.

The townlands of Tullagher and Cooleen in the district electoral division of Listerlin.

The townland of Curraghlane in the district electoral division of Brownsford.

The townlands of Meallaghmore Upper and Coolhill Upper in the district electoral division of Killamery.

The townland of Rosenanny (Reade) in the district electoral division of Kilmaganny.
