30.—(1) The Authority may, with the consent of the Minister and the Minister for Finance, accept gifts of money, land or other property upon such trusts or conditions (if any) as may be specified by the donor.
(2) The Authority shall not accept a gift if the trusts or conditions attaching to it would be inconsistent with its functions.
