S.I. No. 374/2002 - Communications, Marine and Natural Resources (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 2002

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977) hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Communications, Marine and Natural Resources (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2002.

2.         The powers and duties of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are delegated to John Browne, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
