S.I. No. 338/2002 - Central Bank Act, 1998 (Commencement) Order, 1998

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Central Bank Act, 1998 (No. 2 of 1998), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank Act, 1998 (Commencement) Order, 1998.

2. The Central Bank Act, 1998 , other than sections 13, 14, 15 and 16, shall hereby come into operation.
