S.I. No. 445/2001 - National Treasury Management Agency (Delegation of Functions) Order, 2001

The Government in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Delegation of Functions) Order, 2001.

2.   There is delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency the functions of the Minister for Finance under section 2 of the Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 2001 (No. 21 of 2001), a reference to which was inserted into the First Schedule to the National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), by section 3 of the Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 2001 .
