S.I. No. 68/2000 - Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999 (Establishment Day) Order, 2000

I, Brian Cowen, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999 (No 13 of 1999) hereby order as follows:

1.             This Order may be cited as the Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999, (Establishment Day) Order, 2000.

2.             The 1st day of March 2000 is hereby appointed as the Establishment Day for the purposes of the Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999 (No. 13 of 1999).
