S.I. No. 136/1999 - Local Elections (Forms) Regulations, 1999

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 3 of the Local Elections (Disclosure of Donations and Expenditure) Act, 1999 (No. 7 of 1999) hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Elections (Forms) Regulations, 1999.

2. Each form in the Schedule hereto shall be the prescribed form for the purpose for which such form is expressed to be applicable.

These Regulations prescribe the forms to be used for furnishing statements of election expenses and donation at local elections in accordance with section 13 of the Local Elections (Disclosure of Donations and Expenditure) Act, 1999 .
