Confidentiality.

6.—(1) Subject to subsection (2), information provided to the Commission in relation to the process shall not be disclosed to any person except for the purpose of facilitating the location of the remains to which the information relates.

(2) The Commission may disclose or arrange for the disclosure to members of a victim's family—

(a) the fact that information has been provided to the Commission relating to the remains of the victim, and

(b) the place where, according to that information, the victim's remains may be found.
