Amendment of section 40 of Act of 1997.
14.—Section 40(b) of the Act of 1997 is hereby amended by the deletion of “(other than election expenses deemed under section 32 (1)(b)(ii) or 33(1)(b)(ii) to be election expenses incurred by that candidate)”.
