AN ACT TO ENABLE EFFECT TO BE GIVEN IN THE STATE TO THE UNCITRAL MODEL LAW ON INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION (AS ADOPTED BY THE UNITED NATIONS COMMISSION ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW ON 21 JUNE 1985) AND TO AMEND THE ARBITRATION ACTS, 1954 AND 1980 , AND TO MAKE FURTHER AND BETTER PROVISION IN RESPECT OF ARBITRATIONS.
