Short title, collective citation and construction.

18.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Adoption Act, 1998.
|
|

(2) The Adoption Acts, 1952 to 1991, and this Act—
|
|
| |
(a) may be cited together as the Adoption Acts, 1952 to 1998, and
|
|
| |
(b) shall be construed together as one Act.
|
