CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT, 1994 (SECTION 47 (1))(NO. 2) ORDER, 1997

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 47 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No, 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 47 (1)) (No. 2) Order, 1997.

2. The Republic of Benin and the Republic of Kazakhstan are hereby designated for the purposes of section 47 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order designates the Republic of Benin and the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purposes of section 47 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 .
