S.I. No. 135 of 1997.

DUBLIN DOCKLANDS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1997, (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1997

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority Act, 1997 (No. 7 of 1997), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Docklands Development Authority Act, 1997 , (Commencement) Order, 1997.

2. In this Order, "the Act" means the Dublin Docklands Development Authority Act, 1997 .

3. (1) On the 27th day of March, 1997, sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,7, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 38 (3) and 57 of the Act shall come into operation.

(2) On the 1st day of May, 1997, the remaining provisions of the Act shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order fixes the days on which the provisions of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority Act, 1997 shall come into operation.
