FINANCE ACT 1993 (SECTION 60) REGULATIONS, 1996.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 58 (1) and 60 (3) of the Finance Act, 1993 (No. 13 of 1993) hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Finance Act 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 1996.

2. The persons listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 60 (3) of the Finance Act, 1993 .
