AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE COMPETITION ACT, 1991 , AND THE MERGERS, TAKE-OVERS AND MONOPOLIES (CONTROL) ACTS, 1978 AND 1987, AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS. [3rd July, 1996]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
