LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1991 (REGIONAL AUTHORITIES) (ESTABLISHMENT ORDER) 1993, (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1995.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3 and 43 of the Local Government Act, 1991 (No.11 of 1991), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 1991 (Regional Authorities) (Establishment Order) 1993, (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1995.

2. This Order, the Local Government Act, 1991 (Regional Authorities) (Establishment Order) 1993, (Amendment) Order, 1995 ( S.I. No. 208 of 1995 ) and the principal order shall be construed together as one.

3. In this Order, the "principal order" means the Local Government Act, 1991 (Regional Authorities) (Establishment) Order, 1993 ( S.I. No. 394 of 1993 ).

4. Article 16 of the principal order is hereby amended by the addition after paragraph (e) of the following paragraph:—

"(f) in the case of each of the Border, Mid West and West regional authorities, the need for co-ordination with the Western Development Partnership Board Limited".

This Order amends the Local Government Act, 1991 (Regional Authorities) (Establishment) Order, 1993 ( S.I. No. 394 of 1993 ) in relation to certain co-ordination matters.
