Notice of proceedings under Act.

40.—Notice of any proceedings under this Act shall be given by the person bringing the proceedings to—
|
|
| |
(a) the other spouse concerned or, as the case may be, the spouses concerned, and
|
|
| |
(b) any other person specified by the court.
