FINANCIAL TRANSFERS (HAITI) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1994.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (4) of the Financial Transfers Act, 1992 (No. 27 of 1992), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Transfers (Haiti) (Revocation) Order, 1994.

2. The Financial Transfers (Haiti) Order, 1993 ( S.I. No. 351 of 1993 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order removes Financial Sanctions against Haiti. It gives effect to United Nations Security Council Resolution, No. 944 of 1994.
