MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) (ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL MILK AGENCY) ORDER 1994.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under section 2 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 and every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows:

1. The National Milk Agency shall stand established on the 30th day of December 1994.
