HEALTH (NURSING HOMES) ACT, 1990, (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1993

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 17 (3) of the Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990 (No. 23 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990 (Commencement) Order, 1993.

2. The Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990 shall come into operation generally on the first day of September 1993.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Regulation is to bring the Health (Nursing Homes) Act into effect on the first day of September 1993.
