Authenticity of documents.

16.—A document purporting to be issued by the Director General or by any person exercising any of his functions under this Act shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to be such if the name of the person concerned is printed or stamped thereon or if it purports to be signed by that person, without proof of the authenticity of the signature.
