S.I. No. 436/1992 - Finance Act, 1992 (Commencement of Section 22 (1) (C)) Order, 1992.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22 (2) (c) of the Finance Act, 1992 (No. 9 of 1992), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act, 1992 (Commencement of section 22 (1) (c)) Order, 1992.

2. Section 22 (1) (c) of the Finance Act, 1992 (No. 9 of 1992), shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1993.
