EXPLANATORY NOTE.

Section 22 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 requires local authorities to determine the market value of derelict sites on urban land for the purposes of a derelict sites levy payable by the owners of such land. The section also allows appeals to the Valuation Tribunal against local authorities' determinations. This Regulation sets out the fees payable in respect of appeals made to the Valuation Tribunal against local authorities' determinations.
