COMPANIES (FORMS) ORDER 1990.

I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 396 of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), section 59 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1990 (No. 29 of 1990) hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Companies (Forms) Order 1990).

(2) The Companies (Forms) Orders, 1964 to 1987, and this Order may be cited together as the Companies (Forms) Orders, 1964 to 1990.

2. The form set out in the Schedule to this Order, or a form to the like effect, is hereby prescribed as the form to be used for the purpose of section 12 (1) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1990 (No. 29 of 1990), with such variations as circumstances require.
