MILK (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1979 (SECTION 3) REGULATIONS, 1989.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979) (as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 97 of 1987 )), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1989.

2. These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1990.

3. The rate of fee specified in Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979) is hereby altered by the substitution of "0.2711 new pence" for "0.2346 new pence" (inserted by the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 275 of 1988 )).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations increase, with effect from 1 January 1990, the rate of fee payable under Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 .
