FORESTRY ACT, 1988 (COILLTE TEORANTA) (VESTING DAY) ORDER, 1988.

I, MICHAEL SMITH, Minister for Energy, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Forestry Act, 1988 (No. 26 of 1988), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Forestry Act, 1988 (Coillte Teoranta) (Vesting Day) Order, 1988.

2. The 1st day of January, 1989, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for Coillte Teoranta.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 1st January, 1989, to be the vesting day for Coillte Teoranta, i.e. the day on which certain provisions of the Forestry Act, 1988 , in relation to that company come into effect.
