INTOXICATING LIQUOR ACT, 1988 (COMMENCEMENT OF PART II) (SPECIAL RESTAURANT LICENCES) ORDER, 1988.

I, GERARD COLLINS, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1988 (No. 16 of 1988), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor (Commencement of Part II) (Special Restaurant Licences) Order, 1988.

2. The 1st day of July, 1988, is hereby appointed as the day on which Part II of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1988 (No. 16 of 1988), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings Part II of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1988 , concerning the granting of special restaurant licences, into operation on the 1st day of July, 1988.
