MISUSE OF DRUGS (LICENCE FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1988.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 14 and 38 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977 (No. 12 of 1977), hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1988.

2. Sub-article (1) of article 4 of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations, 1979 ( S.I. No. 164 of 1979 ), as amended by the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 172 of 1986 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in sub-paragraph (a) of "£150" for "£105", in sub-paragraph (b) of "£100" for "£70", in sub-paragraph (c) of "£100" for "£70", in sub-paragraph (d) of "£50" for "£35", in sub-paragraph (e) of "£25" for "£18", and in sub-paragraph (f) of "£50" for "£35".

3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1988.
