Carrying proposal into effect.
(New)
|
96.—A proposal shall be considered to be carried into effect—
|
|
| |
(a) in the case of a vesting arrangement, on the approval thereof by the Court, and
|
|
| |
(b) in any other case, at such time as may be prescribed.
