Short title, collective citation, construction and commencement.

12.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Córas Beostoic agus Feola (Amendment) Act, 1988.
|

(2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Córas Beostoic agus Feola Acts, 1979 and 1988.
|
|
| |
(3) The Principal Act and this Act shall be construed together as one.
|
|
| |
(4) This Act shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1988.
