GAS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1987 (SECTION 4) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1987.

I, RAY BURKE, Minister for Energy, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (2) of the Gas (Amendment) Act, 1987 (No. 9 of 1987), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Gas (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Section 4) (Commencement) Order, 1987.

2. The 3rd day of November, 1987, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 4 of the Gas (Amendment) Act, 1987 (No. 9 of 1987), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
