WORKER PARTICIPATION (ELECTRICITY SUPPLY BOARD) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1987.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Electricity Supply Board) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1987.

2. The 13th day of October, 1987, is in relation to the elections to be held in 1987 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards the Electricity Supply Board, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 13th October, 1987 as the day on which the nominations of candidates shall be received by the returning officer at an election to be held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in the Electricity Supply Board.
