GREYHOUND RACE TRACK (BOOKMAKERS ADMISSION CHARGES) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1984.

Bord na gCon in exercise of the powers conferred on it by subsection (1) of Section 48 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) and also subsection (3) of Section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say:—

(1) The Greyhound Race Track (Bookmakers Admission Charges) Regulations, 1982 ( S.I. No. 303 of 1982 ) are hereby revoked.

(2) These regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Bookmakers Admission Charges) (Revocation) Regulations, 1984.

(3) These regulations shall come into operation on the 2nd day of April, 1984.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these regulations is to revoke the Greyhound Race Track (Bookmakers Admission Charges) Regulations, 1982.
