WORKER PARTICIPATION (BRITISH AND IRISH STEAM PACKET COMPANY LIMITED) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1984.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Labour in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1984.

2. The 20th day of November, 1984, is in relation to the election to be held in 1984 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 20th November, 1984 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited shall be received by the returning officer.
