WORKER PARTICIPATION (ELECTRICITY SUPPLY BOARD) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1984.

I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Electricity Supply Board) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1984.

2. The 16th day of October, 1984, is in relation to the election to be held in 1984 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards the Electricity Supply Board, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 16th October, 1984 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in the Electricity Supply Board shall be received by the returning officer.
