MILK (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1979 (SECTION 3) REGULATIONS, 1982.

I, ALAN M. DUKES, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1982.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1982.

3. The rate of fee specified in Section 3 (1) of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979), is hereby altered by the substitution of "three-twentieths" for "one-tenth".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Regulations increase with effect from 1 March 1982, the rate of fee payable under Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 .
