S.I. No. 327/1981 - Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907 (Application of Section 82 To County Health District of Sligo) Order, 1981.


I, JAMES MITCHELL, Minister for Justice, on the application of the council of the county of Sligo and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907 , hereby, the requirements of subsection (2) of that section having been duly complied with, order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907 (Application of section 82 to County Health District of Sligo) Order, 1981.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. Section 82 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907 is hereby declared to be in force in the County Health District of Sligo.

This Instrument applies section 82 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907 , to the County Health District of Sligo, thereby enabling the County Council to make bye-laws under the section for the prevention of danger, obstruction or annoyance to persons using the seashore.
