S.I. No. 266/1981 - Worker Participation (British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.


I, LIAM KAVANAGH, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.

2. The 23rd day of November, 1981, is in relation to the election to be held in 1981 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

These regulations appoint 23rd November, 1981 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Ltd. shall be received by the returning officer.
