MILK AND DAIRIES ACT, 1935 (SALE OF MILK IN URBAN DISTRICT OF ENNISCORTHY) ORDER, 1979.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (No. 22 of 1935), as adapted by Article 4 of the Health (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947 (S.R. and O. 1947 No. 58), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (Sale of Milk in Urban District of Enniscorthy) Order, 1979.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. On and after the 1st day of July, 1979 the sale of milk is hereby prohibited in the Urban District of Enniscorthy unless such Milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prohibits, with effect from the 1st day of July, 1979 the sale of milk in the Urban District of Enniscorthy unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 .
