S.I. No. 424/1979 - Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (Commencement of Parts I To III) Order, 1979.

I, MÁIRE NIC EOCHAGÁIN UÍ CHUINN, Minister for the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (No. 5 of 1979), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (Commencement of Parts I to III) Order, 1979.

2. The 1st day of January, 1980, is hereby fixed as the day on which Parts I to III of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (No. 5 of 1979), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 27th day of December, 1979.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings Parts I to III of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 into operation on 1 January, 1980.
