Amendment of Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956. |
1.—The Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 , is hereby amended— | |
(a) in section 4, by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (c) of subsection (1) : | ||
“ (c) by means of any slot-machine.”, | ||
and | ||
(b) in sections 37 and 42, by the deletion, in each place where it occurs, of “a slot-machine prohibited by section 10 or”. |
